Sont and his Siam Kitchen cooking school was the best thing I did in Thailand (a part from drinking, swimming, drinking, partying, drinking etc so so cheaply).

Tour of markets was excellent (gave us confidence to buy from them) and food was the best I tried my entire 16night trip. We made four dishes (each person makes each dish) and he gives you recipes & notes to take away. His English is very good and the place is spotless clean.

We used our knowledge and skills from the class on our own to buy fresh produce from the local Thai markets (including king tiger prawns) and all the necessary ingredients to cook a sensational Penang curry. I have now added this to my list of regular home meals.

Great class and well worth the money - approx A$60. The benefits far outweigh the small cost. Nike - Just do it!!!
